My Path & Purpose

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional specializing in work with adults and adolescents. My focus is to help others manage issues such as stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, social problems, and adjustment to life transitions. My office is a judgement-free space where I embrace diversity in all its forms. I see beauty and humanity in each individual, not a label or diagnosis. I approach our work in a culturally sensitive, inclusive, trauma-informed, and collaborative manner.

Through evidence-based approaches & a warm, empathetic style, I assist clients in finding tangible solutions & work towards a more fulfilling life. I have experience with couples, career counseling, teens and families in the foster care and CPS system, juvenile justice, substance abuse programs, and pioneered school-based therapy programs in the Austin area.I typically utilize therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Strengths-Based, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Throughout university I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and graduated with top honors, Summa Cum Laude, with my Master’s degree in Counseling. In addition, I was a Psychology Instructor for four years at a local college where I taught General Psychology, Social Psychology, and Human Sexuality courses.
